CENTRAL ADMIN: SENSITIZATION WORKSHOP ON LGS PROTOCOLS

The HR Department of the District Assembly has organised a sensitization workshop for all staff of the Assembly on LGS protocols(performance management system).
The objective of the workshop was to sensitize staff for better understanding of the Local Government Service performance management system and service delivery.
The Regional Director of HR, Mrs. Vivian Akomea and Senior HR Manager, Mr. Samuel Kojo Antwi were the facilitators for the training. They took participants through LGS performance Management, performance appraisal, service delivery standards and performance appraisal tools.
The staff were very appreciative of the workshop.
