EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI): FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TOWN MARKET AT AHENKRO

1. The Afigya Kwabre North District Assembly intends to issue this Expression of Interest (EOI) as part of the implementation of the District Medium-Term Development Plan for the construction of the infrastructural project under the Local Economic Development (LED) in the table below:

Project Name: Construction of Town Market at Ahenkro
Location: Ahenkro
Land Title: Land fully secured and acquired by the Assembly
Procurement Process: Public-Private Partnership (PPP) under Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)
2. The ASSEMBLY therefore invites eligible Business Developers for the Construction of the above Project.
3. Hence, Business Developers will submit Technical and Financial Proposals including Drawings, Designs and Proof of Financial Capacity to execute the project.
4. Completed Documents will be required to produce the following alongside their tenders:
a) Valid Business Registration Certificate
b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c) Valid GRA Income Tax Clearance Certificate
d) PPA Registration Certificate /Evidence of Registration
e) Valid Labour Certificate
f) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3, K3)
5. All Other Relevant Documentations necessary for execution of the projects should be provided.
6. The District Technical Team on the Market is available for further discussions and deliberations.
7. All the Procurement Process will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Private Partnership Act, 2020 (Act 1039) and the Guidelines of the National Policy on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) of the Republic of Ghana.
8. All Documents must be expressed in English and Ghana Cedis (GH¢) as official language and Currency respectively.
9. All Completed Documents must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00am on Thursday, 23rd March, 2023.

10. All Sealed Envelopes will be opened in the presence of Developers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the District Assembly Conference Room at 10.00am on Thursday, 23rd March, 2023.
